These are very healthy, and good tasting biscuits - everyone should try them at least once!!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut shortening into mixed dry ingredients until the mixture is the consistency of dry cornmeal. Add the milk and molasses all at once, to the dry ingredients. Stir dough for a scant 1 minute. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
