Lennie, this technique has finally put an end to my days of overdone roasts. You didn't specify a cooking temp. I roasted at 350 degrees to good results! Thanks for the five-star laugh.

That is too funny-remember when she was making a dish and put at egg at each end of her mantle and someone asked her what she was doing and she said the recipe said to separtate 2 eggs? I loved that show-thanks for the laugh!!
