This is the basic marinade I use for prepping meat for the grill. I may add more or less seasoning depending on the cut of meat and what else we are having.
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (we use Sriracha Brand)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or zip top bag. Mix to combine.
- Add meat. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes, then grill.
