Healthy with a beautiful tangy twist. Sorrel is a sour green often used in Indian cuisine.
- 1 bunch fresh sorrel leaf (leaves only, no stems)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 chili peppers (minced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Fry onions in olive oil till translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry on medium heat till sorrel leaves wilt (very fast <5 minutes).
