"Most seasoned salts contain MSG....a product that many people are sensitive to (me most specially!!) This is a recipe that I have adapted to suit our needs"

• Yields: 8 T

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup salt
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground thyme
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground oregano

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients and place in a container. Store in a dark, cool place.

This was quick and easy. I'm just not a big fan of the curry flavor in it, but if you like curry then you should try it. It is not an overly strong curry flavor.
