Sprinkle this seasoning on Pork, Fish, Potaotes or Vegetables.
- 3 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 2 cups flaky coarse salt or 2 cups sea salt
- 1⁄4 cup dried rosemary
- 1⁄4 cup dried parsley
- combine and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
A nice salt blend! I sprinkled this on pork chops and thinly sliced potatoes with onions and butter that DH grilled. The orange flavor blends nicely with the rosemary, which smells wonderful when cooking. This would be good sprinkled on steamed broccoli or brussels sprouts.
