Baked macaroni

  1. Melt butter and stir in flour.
  2. Add milk over medium heat and stir constantly until such thickens.
  3. Add salt, sugar and velveeta. Stir until velveeta melts.
  4. Mix in sour cream and cottage cheese.
  5. Pour over macaroni and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar and ground beef.
  7. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
