  1. This was great!!!!!!!!! I made a huge batch of this stuff and put it in containers. I eat it by itself, as cereal or in vanilla yogurt. I cannot believe how good this stuff is and plenty of fiber too. If you like granola, you must try this recipe. Thank you so much, monstrah. I will make this one a keeper.

  2. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. I use it almost every week (as soon as I get done with one batch). I put it in vanilla yogurt with strawberries or by itself with raisins. Scrumptious!! Additional note: I just made it again this morning, and I was out of wheat germ. I put in 1/2 cup of oat bran and 1/2 cup chocolate malt-o-meal. From initial taste testings : ) it is going to be very good.

  3. Loved by my whole family. I changed couple of things. I use grapeseed oil instead of butter, and use 1kg oats and 2cups coconut. Adjust liquids a bit. I also use a bit more cinnamon and vanilla. Definitely a winner. (I also leave out raisins and nuts as not everyone likes that, but it still tastes wonderful if added afterwards.)

  4. This granola is wonderful. I made this for some friends who kept commenting on how well they liked it (I had to give them a copy of the recipe). I cut the recipe in half, as 7 c. of oatmeal seemed like a lot. I did not have wheat germ, so I substituted with 1 more cup of oatmeal (I had a total of 4 cups of oatmeal). Thanks for the recipe - I plan on making it again soon!

  5. This was my first time making granola and it was a lot of fun. I followed the recipe, with a few additions. I added about 3/4 cup sunflower seeds and used 1 cup of raisins and 1 cup of dates. (I learned the hard way not to add the dates until AFTER you cook the granola or they turn to mush and lose their coating!) We really enjoyed the flavor of this granola and will be using it in other recipes. Thanks for sharing!
