- 4 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 stalk cilantro
- 2⁄3 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dry crushed red pepper

- Take 2 cups of garnbanzo beans, cilatro, garlic, and tomatoes and blend till generally smooth (this make take several additions).
- Pour above mixture with the crushed chilli and the remaining 2 cups of beans into a pan and cook for 10 minutes till tomatoes tomatoes cook and mixture combines properly.
