- 1 3⁄4 cups chilled pumpkin
- 1 1⁄2 cups chilled evaporated milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream
- Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in blender.
- Blend until mixture is smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
I will add a little creamcheese to the sugar next time...just to see if it is as great as I think it will be.
