Gound Turkey Roll-Up Surprise

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground turkey
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 20 ounces crushed tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
• 1 medium apple, diced
• 1⁄4 cup raisins
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
• 8 flour tortillas

directions

1. Brown ground turkey with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
2. Spoon sour cream onto flour tortilla add 1/2 cup of mixture, roll up and enjoy.
