I used 8 ozs of elbow macaroni and cooked it to al dente. I might try 1/2 cup chopped celery & 1/4 cup chopped green pepper next time for a bit more flavor. I will without doubt make this again. Thank you.

  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Drain and set pasta aside.
  3. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the olive oil until tender.
  4. Add the hamburger and brown.
  5. Add in the tomatoes and tomato Sauce.
  6. Add back in the pasta and heat through.
  7. Serve.
