- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (425 g) package ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crust)
- 1 cup kraft tex-mex light cheese, shredded
directions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Brown meat in large skilllet; drain. Stir in salsa; remove form heat,.
- Place 1 crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1-inch of edge. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edges with fork.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
- SUBSTITUTE: Substitute Tex-Mex for Mozzarella shredded cheese.
- SPECIAL EXTRA: Top with 1 small chopped tomato and 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro just before serving. Serve with a mixed green salad.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
