Best mushroom sauce ever, low-fat is just an added bonus! This recipe was enough to feed 6 with large steaks, making it only 25 calories each. Added just a bit more balsamic and corn flour = perfect!
I'm really happy that I took the time to try this recipe--it was as quick, easy, and tasty as I hoped it would be. I found that the sauce tasted best with a generous pinch of salt, some Mrs. Dash, and an extra 1/2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar, as well as an additional 1/4 tsp. of cornstarch. This tasted amazing over chicken breasts and will be added to my collection of low-fat recipes. A well earned 5 stars--thanks for posting! :)
