- 10 oysters
- 3 ounces gorgonzola
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1⁄4 panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Open the oysters and discard their liquid.
- In a small bowl, combine the gorgonzola, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter.
- Mix well.
- Place the oysters on a baking sheet.
- Pour the gorgonzola mixture over them.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
