  • 12 mini pita pockets
  • 2 roasted sweet red peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 12 cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Place pitas on baking sheet.
  • Top with red peppers and basil.
  • Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
  • Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
