- 12 mini pita pockets
- 2 roasted sweet red peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
directions
- Place pitas on baking sheet.
- Top with red peppers and basil.
- Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
- Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
