Cycling specific Protien Bars. Screw thoses expensive Clif Bars.
- 177.44 ml syrup
- 236.59 ml instant oatmeal
- 59.14 ml chocolate chips
- 59.14 ml flax seed
- 473.18 ml whey powder
- 177.44 ml low-fat peanut butter
- 118.29 ml granola cereal
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- Heat Syrup on High.
- Add Peanut Butter mixing well over medium heat.
- Add ALL of the ingredients and whatever else may come to the imagination.
- Mix well and quickly before the "mash" hardens.
- Remove from pot and flatten on a tray/plate.
- Pre cut/outline 8 bars.
- Cool in the fridge for 2 hrs.
