This recipe was really good! Risotto turned out creamy and perfect texture. Only change I would make it put in more tomatoes for more color.
Tried this for the first time. I have never had Risotto with tomatoes and herbs but it turned out pretty darn good. All of it was gone between three people. Two thumbs up!<br/>i will definitely make it again.
I have made risotto about hald a dozen times. I used this recipe last night and followed it to the T and it turned out fabulous! My husband and I kept going back for more...it was that good and tasty.
Very good recipe, but here's a big advise: The wine should be a good quality wine, and boiled for a min before adding to the rice
if I can make this recipe anybody can made me feel like a real chef and was delicious in the end! Don't cut corners just follow the recipe it's easy
I made this tonight and had never before made risotto. It was easy to make and really good. I did not add the tomatoes and used the basil very sparingly but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Creamy, good and filling. I'll add this to the dinner menu in the coming months!
