Cheap, simple salad for sandwiches. I don't ever remember eating it on buns, but for some reason we always call it gooey buns? Sometimes I run the pickles through the food processor, other times I just chop it myself. I think that this recipe came from my Grandma, but I'm not sure :-) The serving size is just a guess.

  1. Dice bologna and pickles. (I use sliced bologna, and when I dice it the pieces end up pretty small.)
  2. Mix all ingredients well, adjusting the amount of mayo to your taste. If desired, chill to allow flavors to meld. Serve on bread or buns - great for brown bags / picnics.
