Excellent glaze for Peanut Butter Pound Cake, and probably most any kind of cake dessert. I did find that the powdered sugar didn't dissolve until I heated the glaze in the microwave for about 20 seconds. But it was great! :)
I am using this on all my coffee cakes or anything else that can use a glaze, even if they don't call for one. This is great stuff!!
This was a great and easy glaze for the umpteen bundt cakes I had to make for a catered event. I even made some into chocolate and some into lemon by using this as a base recipe. Thanks!
