From Rima Soni's Q & A - Troubleshooter column, Weekend magazine.
- To control red patches on one's face, the best thing to do is to avoid hot spicy food.
- Also, one must not use too hot nor too cold water on one's skin.
- Other than these precautions, use this simple recipe: Peel a banana.
- Slice it.
- Mash it.
- Apply the pulp on your face.
- Do this EVERYDAY.
- Leave the pulp on for 30-40 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Pat dry.
