This is my favorite recipe for using ground up venison in the freezer.

  1. Brown Venison in a large pot. Once it's browned drain off excess grease. Remove the seeds and core from the peppers and chop with onion. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot including the liquid from beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour and a half. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
