Some green onion and dill too...
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix, Good Seasons brand
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill and serve.
I don't believe i forgot to review this. I made it for my DH's almost 40th surprise b-day. It was wonderfull and easy. I had it on the table with a bunch of other dips and had assorted crackers, veggies and bread to use as dippers. Both were a success. Will make again it's a nice change from the usual spinach dip (which i love). Thanks for the post.
