A delicious and easy salad....DH has been thoroughly enjoying this for his lunch at work!
I added a small handful of grated low fat cheddar on top ( couldn't help myself....pasta and cheese just go hand in hand for me!)....
Thanks Diner. Made for PRMR.

This made a lovely lunch today. I cooked 1/2 a cup of elbow macaroni and used the other ingredients in proportion to that (I did use less Mayo, I don't know exactly how much but the mac was just lightly moistened). I did add a 1/4 tsp of Greek seasoning but otherwise it was as written. Sometimes ya just gotta love a meal in a bowl. The recipe is very generous, the 1/2 cup of macaroni that I used made enough lunch for two to be quite satisfied with.

Delicious I love tuna mac and this is similar to my moms way as well. I love celery in mine but didn't have any on hand so I subbed some grated Zucchini as well for extra crunch. I made this Gfree option using Quinoa Noodles and Olive Oil mayo. I also threw in some Trader Joes 21 seasoning. Thanks Diner made for ZWT 7.

Yummy! I made this tonight to have for my lunch tomorrow, and couldn't wait to have a taste. I quartered the recipe since I was only making it for one person, and still have enough for at least two. The bonus is that this is a quick and easy recipe to make! I went ahead and used all the tuna, except for a small portion I served up to my cat.:) The only thing I'd change is to add some diced up pickles and maybe a bit of mustard. Thanks for sharing! Made for ZWT.

This was easy and quick to prepare. Good flavor, Liked the added carrots. Was nice to have it ready to eat for dinner on a busy day. A great basic macaroni salad that you can add extra ingredients if you want to or keep it simple. I did make as written, except Doubled recipe and added 6 cans of tuna to make as a main meal. Feed 12 people with extras for lunch tomorrow. Will be making again. Thank You. Made for ZWT7~Emerald City Shakers.

I whipped this up in no time at all. I know the family will enjoy packing a small container for lunch at work. I used 2 cans of tuna and only 1 cup mayo, which worked will for us. Made for ZWT 7 - Pacific Islands

Quick and easy, cool and crunchy, perfect for these hot summer days.I made this for the ZWT7 gluten free challenge, making this gluten free by simply using gluten free macaroni. How 'bout that? I added a sprinkle of dill weed, just because I love it. Yummmmm

Great mac salad! I made as written except I added more tuna. I like just the way it is and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT7-Pacific Islands.

Yummy. I added a little chopped gherkin, just because we always do to macaroni salads. Also added more tuna to make it a 'main course' salad. My whole family really liked this.
