I found this recipe on Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Kathy S. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 small banana
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup non-fat sugar free strawberry yogurt
  • 14 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, of choice (1 scoop)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend until frozen fruit smoothie consistency.
