I found this recipe on Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Kathy S. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
- 1 small banana
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat sugar free strawberry yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, of choice (1 scoop)
- Put all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until frozen fruit smoothie consistency.
