    If you are like me and sometimes have tummy trouble with orange juice this is a wonderful and even healthier alternative. This recipe does require the use of a juicer.

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Slice apple in pieces to fit the"feed" of your juicer leaving skins on but seeds and stems removed as best as you can.
    2. 2
      Chop off tops and bottems of carrots and cut to fit juicer feed if needed.
    3. 3
      Try to remove seeds from lime half.
    4. 4
      Press all through your juicer pour into a big glass over ice and GOOD MORNING!

      This is good! I used to put it though my juicer now I just used 1 carrot and apple,the rest of the ingredients with a couple of ice cubes into my vita mix. Out comes asmooth and creamy drink. Fiber and all. Nothing gets thrown away. Sorry mulch pile!
