A refreshing blend of tropical flavors with a beautiful green hue, this smoothie is the perfect healthy start to your morning. Adjust fruit to taste, I seem to whittle down the fruit each time I make it as I come to love the green flavor more and more.

Very good! This is my first attempt at a green smoothie and I'm glad I tried this recipe. The only change I made was to use coconut water in place of plain water. Thanks!

  1. Layer ingredients in a blender in this pattern: pineapple, 1 handful spinach, yogurt, 1 handful spinach, bananas, 1 handful spinach, water. Blend well and serve over ice.
