I made this up because it's just stuff we like. Dip the gravy up with sourdough rolls.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 large potatoes, cut up
  • peeled baby carrots

Directions

  1. Coat meat with flour and brown in oil.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add soups.
  4. Simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables and simmer another hour.

This recipe is very similar to one I make. The gravy comes out delicious.
