Good-For-You Granola Bars

READY IN: 40mins

These bars are full of nutritious foods, including "good fats" in the flaxseed meal and nuts. I've been experimenting with granola bars after trying Kittencal's delicious Fantastic Granola Bars--trying to find something that tasted that good but was good for you too. This is as close as I have come so far. :) They are still a little crumbly but have good flavor. You can substitute any nut-butter, nuts, seeds, or dried fruit that you have on hand. Omit the salt if you are using salted nuts or seeds.

You really don't have enough honey to make it hold together. Use some brown sugar with the honey and it should make it hold better. Plus it will give it a little more flavor.
