  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 29.58 ml butter
  • 453.59 g okra, sliced
  • 157.80 ml tomato paste
  • 946.0 ml water, boiling
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 118.29 ml cooked rice

  • Sauté onion in butter until soft and translucent.
  • Add okra and cook until tender.
  • Add next for ingredients and crab meat; cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with rice.
