- 1 large onion, chopped
- 29.58 ml butter
- 453.59 g okra, sliced
- 157.80 ml tomato paste
- 946.0 ml water, boiling
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 118.29 ml cooked rice
directions
- Sauté onion in butter until soft and translucent.
- Add okra and cook until tender.
- Add next for ingredients and crab meat; cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with rice.
