- 1⁄3 cup apple juice, chilled
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 cup chopped strawberry
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries, partially frozen
- 1⁄2 cup chopped banana, partially frozen
- 1⁄2 cup lowfat blueberry frozen yogurt
- To the container of an electric blender, add all the ingredients.
- Start blending on low speed and gradually increase speed until mixture is smooth.
