Classic waffles


  1. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  2. Beat the egg yolks. Add the milk. Add to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Add the melted butter.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Bake in a waffle iron until golden.
