Another Taste of Home keeper. This goes with anything from chicken to sandwiches.
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 4 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- Combine cornflakes and salt in a bowl. Dip potato slices in butter and then in cornflake mixture.
- Place on FOIL lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for an hour.
