Another recipe from the Ballendella Primary school cookbook in 1991. Super easy to prepare.
- 6 -8 chicken thighs
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package chicken noodle soup mix
- 14 ounces apricot nectar
- 1 onion, chopped
- Place chicken in a casserole dish. Pour over mixture of soup mix, nectar, and chopped onion.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- I serve it over boiled rice.
I happened to have everything on hand to make this last weekend.It was moist and delicious. Very nice combo of ingredients. Thanks!
