I wouldn't say I made the tofu as good as whole foods but the ricipe was delicious. I used red wine instead of mirin and still tasted good.

So great! I've been looking for a fried tofu recipe for a long time and will definitely be using this one again.

This was pretty good! The tofu came out really nice and crispy! I added a bag of frozen broccoli and would do the same next time. The sauce was very mild, not spicy, not sweet, kind of neutral. Thanks for the recipe Sharon123...
