This recipe is great! My whole family loved it--even the kids. I only used a pinch of cayenne, as my daughter is not fond of spicy hot food. My husband asked me to double the onions and garlic next time. I didn't have time to make the lentils, but will next time.
Delicious fish, though a tad spicy -- just perfect for us, but I skipped the lentils. Next time I'll try it with the lentils. Thanks for sharing -- will definitely make this salmon again soon!
I loved this salmon. I made half the recipe since I was dining alone and served it on Spicy Lentils (South Africa). Made for ZWT4
