Just baked potatoes with bread crumbs.

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Cut each half into 4 long wedges.
  4. Dip wedges in melted butter.
  5. Roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Place on a greased pan.
  7. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown.

Very tasty wedges and the only change I would make is to use less crumbs as I had a lot left over. I used Carisma potatoes low GI potatoes) and I did make up a full recipe and 3 of us devoured the lot. Thank yuou Dienia B., made for Went to Market.

Except for one thing, I followed your recipe right on down ~ I did, however, leave the peel on the potatoes, 'cause there is so much nourishment found in that part, AND we do like the taste of the peel! Loved the coating & the flavor of these tasty wedges & will be making them again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Went to the Market tag]
