We really loved these! I used organic peanut butter (with no sugar added to it) and it had the perfect peanutty taste. I also used the unsalted butter, as opposed to the magarine. These will be great on my Christmas cookie platter. Thanks for posting, flirtyfunchick! Made for PAC 2010.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... I think I expected more of a brownie/blondie texture. While this wasn't exactly what I was expecting, it had quite a lot of peanut flavor and wasn't super sweet. I might actually try the chocolate chips next time as Jennifer suggested. Nice crunch from the chopped peanuts, as well :) Thanks for posting! I will be making this for my father for Christmas.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? These are great! I needed to use up a can of sweetened condensed milk, and we are big peanut butter fans, so I thought I would try these. I will definitely make them again. I might add just a little salt somewhere, maybe 1/4 teaspoon to start. I also added some chocolate chips into the top layer, just because we are crazy about that combo. Thanks for posting the recipe - it is easy, quick, and VERY satisfying.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
