  1. Nice recipe that we really liked. I was able to prep this ahead of time, and the flavor was fine. It did turn brown though, so I added some mozzarella cheese to the top to cover that up. We liked it quite a bit. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Quite possibly the best potatoes I've ever made. My boyfriend and his family (and myself!) gobbled them up. They were great alongside homemade chicken strips. The parmesan flavor was fantastic, next time I might add even more!

  4. I was really impressed with this dish, it tastes great while having much less fat than most potato dishes. It turned out perfectly too, crusty on top but tender. I didn't tell hubby that I considered it a diet dish, and he complimented me highly on it. Thanks CoffeeB!

  5. Made these for KK's Kitchen Forum Chefs Pick Event. I didn't have any fresh chives to put on this and a 30 mile trip into town was out. These turned out to be nice potatoes, but next time will season with some salt, pepper, and maybe even some minced garlic to add some additional flavor. Thank You Coffee for a recipe that with those changes I will be making again.
