Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups powdered milk
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • 12 cup dried chamomile or 6 bags camomile tea

Directions

  1. Steep the chamomile in water for about twenty minutes.
  2. After twenty minutes strain off the liquid if you used the dried chamomile and then mix the strained or tea bag liquid with the milk powder and then add it to your warm running bath water.
