      Reserve 1 cup marshmallows.

      Melt the rest of them with chocolate chips, margarine and corn syrup in 3 quart pan over low heat.

      stir occasionally.

      Remove from heat.

      Stir in vanilla.

      Pour cereal into large bowl.
    7. 7
      Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal.

      Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallow.

      Press into 9 x 13 pan using buttered spoon.

      Cool until firm.

      Store loosely covered at room temperature.
