I cheated a bit with this & used some canned potatoes tossed in the mixture. I ten baked them in the oven with some butter & oil tossing to coat & then throughout cooking a few times. the flavours in this are very subtle but really nice. A great side to go with our steak dinner. Thanks for posting!
These were a very satisfying and filling side to my brats. DH and DS's said they may need a bit more seasonings as they tasted mostly flour. This was probably my fault as I 1 1/2 x's the recipe. I'm thinking I used a bit too much flour. :-( They all got eaten though and I didn't have any complaints. Glad I tagged. Made for April's Bevvy Tag 08'

The flavors on these potatoes are awesome! I left the room for longer then I intended so ours was a bit dark, but they were still delicious. We put ketchup on them and the consensus was that they should be made again. Thanks for posting Culinary Explorer!!!
Easy, delicious and popular with everyone in my house! An all ages side dish. I think next time I will serve these with omelets. They were so good! Thank you for this recipe!
Yum! these were easy enough to make and tasty. I left DH withg the recipe and he did a great job. We did make a few more potatoes though as our 3 were rather small. Please see my rating system: 4 lovely stars for a tasty side dish that I would be most happy to make again. Thanks!
