This is one of the Zaar recipes that I adopted. I hope to make this soon and will post any modifications that I make to the recipe.
- 1 medium orange, Seed and quarter but DO NOT peel
- 1 cup pecans, Chopped
- 2 cups golden raisins
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process to a chunky consistency.
- Cover and chill.
- SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Ladyfingers, Plum Wafers, Pineapple, Ham, Chicken
- Drumettes, Celery
