Adapted from a cookbook I acquired sometime, during some trip - "Atlanta Natives' Favorite Recipes".
- 1 ounce Galliano
- 2 ounces white Creme de Cacao
- 1 ounce vanilla ice cream or 1 ounce heavy cream
- 3 ounces ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 seconds.
- Strain into cocktail glasses.
This is yummy but quite strong, one to sip on slowly. Thanks Susie!
Very good drink. I doubled the ingredients(keg size) and used heavy cream next time I will try the ice cream. We will enjoy this many more times over the summer, cool and refreshing. Thanks Susie for sharing this recipe!
