These golden potatoes are a hit anytime I serve them.
- Cover potatoes with water in saucepan, add salt, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook until potatoes are done, (15 minutes).
- Drain well.
- Heat butter in skillet.
- Add potatoes and cook and turn until browned.
- Sprinkle with paprika and toss.
This was a simple dish to prepare and used ingredients that are always on hand. The potatoes were very tasty. I loved the paprika flavor. A good addition to any meal. Thank you Inez for another recipe that I will be cooking over and over again.
Yummy and easy, it doesn't get any better than that! I used yukon gold potatoes and smoky paprika. I think I have a new favorite potato recipe.
