Quick and easy broccoli casserole for the busy cook!
- 2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Place cooked broccoli in shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.
- Cover with soup and sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
- Place in oven until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly, about 25 minutes.
