These pecan pralined graham crackers are so tasty; I've been making them for years...The recipe calls for a whole box of grahams, but you may not use them all, just fill the sheet pan, and you're ready to go!
Wasn't sure how much graham crackers was 14 1/2oz so made 2 cookie sheets worth. I think one it would have been too much of the toppings. I used 3/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup margarine cause that's what I had. I also had to use walnuts instead of pecans. I combined the butter and sugar in the microwave instead of the stove by nuking for 3 mins at 1 min intervals. They turned out great! A bit sweet for my liking but didn't really expect them not to be sweet. DH is taking them to work and I'm sure they'll be inhaled!

YUM- very good and easy to make. I am snowed in today so have been trying new items, cleaning out my cupboards. I didn't have margarine so used all butter and used 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of splenda. I also used about 3/4 cups of chopped pecans as I didn't want to leave just alittle in the bag. I made two batches. The first batch I cooked for 10 minutes and they got burnt a bit. The next batch I only cooked for seven minutes and they were a lot better. These were really good.

Made these for http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=320211 and so very glad I finally did. These little gems are easy to make, and ohhh so very good. I almost ate them all myself, but the kids beat me to a few. Thank You Alligirl for posting this wonderful recipe.
