I had this dish in a French restaurant specialized in cheese and it was so yummy and simple to make that I have made it my favorite.
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Spoon out the juice and seeds (leave the pulp).
- Stuff each half with goat cheese and make sure there is plenty of cheese on top Sprinkle with the dried herbs.
- Put under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese browns.
WONDERFUL!! My new favorite snack. I used cherry tomatoes and core them first- the perfect little bite sized snack. Thanks for posting : )
Yum! I have a similar recipe... I will post it soon. This is super easy to make and will impress any guest!
I LOVED these and I'm a huge fan of goat cheese. My boyfriend who isn't as passionate about goat cheese said he would definitely eat these again. We sprinkled a little bit of breadcrumbs in the middle and then on the top and broiled them for 10 minutes and they came out perfectly. I will definitely make these again! Thank you so much!
