Goat cheese, you either love it or hate it. I love it.
- 16 ounces goat cheese, softened,i use chevre
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced finely
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced finely
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- In a large bowl mix goat cheese and butter until well blended.
- Add parsley, green onions and paprika and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with crackers, really good with Triscuits.
