- 1⁄2 cup goat cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons chopped radishes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- crackers or French bread or bagel chips, to serve
- Mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
